Lemon yogurt description

The moment we entered the hall I could see all my lovely friends as well as the ingredients on the table. I couldn’t believe that we were going to bake lemon cupcakes. It was really good because we had to list down all the ingredients and the method. The way I pictured the method is pretty easy because I prefer myself as a baker.

The first thing we had to do for the cupcakes was to grate the rind off of a lemon and put it in a big bowl. After the lemons were grated then you add ⅓ cup of sugar, 2 eggs, 1 cup of oil then we stir. After you have the texture that you want then you can carry on and put ½ tsp of salt, 1 cup of yogurt and lastly 2 tsp of lemon juice. Then of course we had to mix again. Lastly add 2 cups of self raising flour and MIX!!!!!

There it is staring at me, a delightful cupcake with a slight scent of lemon. I couldn’t wait to demolish it while it was over in the cupcake tray. I was literally drooling over the lemon cupcake. I picked it up carefully and then slowly opened my mouth for a small bite. Once it entered my mouth I actually thought that I was in heaven.

When playing this game it probably took about 6 minutes or so just to finish this. It was pretty easy at first until it started to get hard. It may look easy but it’s not. After I finish the hole thing every single one was wrong so I had to go back and try again. After playing this game I realised that I must learn my decimals as well as I can because once I finish school and I don’t know my decimals I would have regret what I did.

In this game it was pretty hard because it mostly was hard at some points. So if I were to solve this I would have to go 4.0 + 5.0 + 203 = 212 + .5 + .5 = 213. When playing this game I had to try and work these problems out to get more points to try and win. So when I  started of I could see numbers in each row with 100’s, 200’s and others up to 400. So I had to pick one so like just say that I picked 400 . So if I got the answer right I would get 400 points and had to try and get up to 3000. When playing this it was pretty much hard but I had to try my hardest to excel in my learning. In this game I learnt lots about decimals how to subtract,add and to times decimals but I am not a pro like my friend so I am still learning.

In this activity there was a bunch of words that was mixed out so then I had to try and put them in the right place. It got pretty hard at some point but lucky for me I got them all right. When going through the game I had to read the words carefully to get the sentence . In this game I realised that I should read a lot and learn things about reading and always re-read to make sure the text is right as well as the punctuation.

Main Idea millionaire

Today at school I have been doing a reading comprehension. In this game I had to solve some stories in reading it and finding what sentence doesn’t belong to the story. It was pretty easy in the beginning but it gets harder as I go.  I played the game and struggled the first time until I tried the second time and got up to the highest score. I was pretty proud of myself because this was the first time ever to get up to 1,000,000. This game is really useful because it really test my comprehension skills.

Choose multiplication or division

In this game it was pretty easy but some of it were hard to do . When I started to play this game I first started picking either division or multiplication. I chose division because I already know how to solve multiplication problems so i want to practise solving division problems.. I will play this game again until I can solve division problem faster .
